  • Are your products suitable for all skin tones?
    Yes, Lokenani is suitable for all skin types and most skin fitzpatrick types due to our hypoallergenic ingredients, non-comedogenic formulas, balanced pH levels, natural ingredients, customizable formulas. While our products are designed to be suitable for all, it's important to note that individual reactions can vary. Some individuals may experience allergies or reactions due to personal sensitivities or overreactive skin. Therefore, it's always wise to perform a patch test before full application and to exercise caution when trying new skincare products.
  • How do I place an order?
    Explore the product tab, select items for your cart, proceed through checkout, and remember to examine the available shipping choices.
  • Do you offer wholesale, resale or bulk purchasing options?
    Yes. If you are a licensed Beauty Professional or Salon Owner. You can complete the wholesale questionnaire on my website and you will be contacted directly. If you have any questions email pro@lokenani.com.
  • How do I get access to your PROS page?
    This page is exclusively for licensed professionals in the beauty industry. Access is granted to those who have completed the Resale Questionnaire and have agreed to partner with Lokenani. Once these requirements are met, you will receive the password to access the page.
  • Do you offer samples or trial sizes?
    Yes on limited items upon request.
  • How should I store and use your skincare products?
    Please keep the product in a cool, dry location. The suggested usage for each product can be found on the bottle or in the website description.
