Shipping & Returns
Monday - Friday shipping and most orders ship within 48 days. At this time we do not ship internationally however, we are looking into it and hope to be able to do so soon.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact amoie@lokenani.com with your reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items:
Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
